Hi, I’m Sally, an integrative therapist with over a decade of experience in holistic healing. I am passionate about helping people achieve deep healing, self-discovery and empowerment. My approach combines traditional therapy with natural, body-centred practices to support your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
As a Master NLP Practitioner and a therapist-in-training currently studying for my counselling degree, my practice is continually evolving. I believe in treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms, drawing on a range of techniques to create a personalised experience for each client. With over 10 years of experience in massage therapy, I offer body massage and reflexology, helping to release tension, improve circulation and restore balance.
Whether you are looking for emotional clarity, physical relief or a greater sense of alignment, I provide one-to-one therapy, Walk & Talk sessions and holistic bodywork to help you feel lighter, freer and more connected.
