    Take a moment for yourself this April! On Monday, April 14th, from 6-7PM, I’m hosting a Relaxing Meditation & Stress Awareness Journaling Practice, providing a gentle space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself after a busy day.

    This 60 minute session is designed as a calming after-work reset, giving you time to pause before heading back to your responsibilities. Through guided meditation and intentional journaling, we’ll focus on self-compassion, releasing stress, and setting loving intentions for ourselves.
